	Step 5 Completing your registration Once you have completed steps 1 through 3, and the information that has been entered appears on this page and is confirmed to be correct, press the 'SUBMIT' button to the right. This will officially register you for the meetings that you have indicated. IMPORTANT A new window will appear with a printable form which must be faxed or mailed (depending on your selected method of payment) to the Local Organizing Committee. Please print the next page and carefully follow the directions for submitting payment. Note that a copy of the registration payment form will be automatically mailed to the email address provided upon successful registration in order for you to complete the payment process. If you fail to print the following page, and do not receive an email with the registration payment form, please contact the LOC.
